Bei unserer Recherche zum Thema Rum sind wir auf William Clarks „Ten Views in the Island of Antigua“ aus dem Jahr 1823 gestoßen. Die kolorierten Stiche zeigen, wie Zuckerrohr angepflanzt und zu Rum weiterverarbeitet wurde. Dies soll der Einstieg zu unserem kommenden Beitrag zur Rumherstellung sein.
